The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

Return

You can return items within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Before proceeding with the shipment of the package (the address is described below) send an email using the contact form on the Contacts site, selecting the item "Return" as the subject or send an email to assistenza@momiit.com where specify the reason for the return.

Pack up the products and insert the printed electronic receipt. Send the package to be returned at YOUR expense to the following address:

It should be noted that the right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety, or that it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased, such as accessories or attached software. The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts. Shipping costs are charged to the customer, under the full responsibility of the customer. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Upon receipt of the goods, if the product is intact in all its parts, a full refund of the purchase will be made within 14 working days.
